Rosemary Lemon Wings - Thyme with Catherine

Cast Iron Mediterranean Chicken Wings

Mediterranean Chicken Wings loaded with robust flavors



  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Heat cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil 
  4. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper
  5. Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes per side
  6. Turn off heat and remove the skillet from the flame
  7. Add chopped rosemary, lemon zest, and pepper flakes and stir to coat the wings
  8. Slice off the garlic bulb in half, exposing the inner cloves, and add it face down in the skillet
  9. Slice the lemons in half, squeeze some juice over the wings and add it face down in the skillet
  10. Place the entire skillet in a preheated 400° oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
